Fritt Fram: Arctic SIZE at Forskningsdagene

Last saturday Arctic SIZE was represented at Framsenteret. During Fritt Fram different research topics are easily explained to children and grown ups.  With the help of Arctic SIZE PhD student Tobias Vonnahme and Sens2Change PhD student Morgan Bender, Ann Eileen Lennert from the polar museum in Tromsø organized an exhibition about the life of tiny living creatures living in the labyrinth of sea ice. Visitors of every age could crawl into a sea ice Cave themselves and lay together with different organisms living there. Some  of the youngest visitors got very creative when it came to building their own copepod. Eventually, the copepods got company from fluffy polychates, ciliates, and bacteria.
