ERNAPE and University of Tromsø – Arctic University of Norway, invite all interested researchers to submit proposals for ERNAPE-ARCTIC – the European Research Network About Parents in Education Conference 2015.
We welcome proposals that relate to the main conference themes of the ERNAPE-ARCTIC, which are the school-parent-student triangle in relation to agency and learning processes of the child, and innovations in the field of parents in education. We also welcome proposals for contributions on all topics relevant for ERNAPE.
We aim to structure the paper sessions according to the following topics, so please indicate in the submission what would be the topic where you feel that your abstract will best fit. The scientific committee does, however, reserve the right to assign papers to the different sessions as it best sees fit.
The topics are:
- Children’s agency in family-school relationships
- Family-school relationships for social and educational inclusion, equity and justice
- Implementation of practices
- Methodological issues in research
- Research based innovations
- Multi-cultural issues in family-school relationships
- Cultural and social diversities

Submission starts December 1st 2014 and endsFebruary 1February 15th 2015 (EXTENDED DEADLINE). ABSTRACT SUBMISSION CLOSED
Authors will receive the Scientific Committee’s decisions on the acceptance of their proposal by April 1st 2015 for paper presentations, posters and symposia and March 1st 2015 full papers.
Submissions should be limited to new, original work.
All abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book of the 10th Conference. Full papers will be published in The International Journal about Parents in Education (IJPE).
The ERNAPE-ARCTIC conference language is English and all presentations need to be done in English.
