The Nansen LEGACY com­pris­es a con­sor­tium of eight gov­ern­men­tal Nor­we­gian insti­tu­tions with exper­tise in Arc­tic marine reser­ach. UiT The Arc­tic Uni­ver­si­ty of Nor­way is the project own­er, and holds the chair­man. Each insti­tu­tion is rep­re­sent­ed in the LEGACY board with a mem­ber and a deputy mem­ber.
