Software

At present, our software is at a prototype stage and is hosted at the university server.

Once ready for publishing, all code produced by the group will be published on our GitHub page.

Algorithms:

  • Optimal control for blood glucose control
  • Functional Q iteration
  • Time series clustering using functional data analysis

Proprietary simulators:

  • UVA/PADOVA FDA approved MATLAB simulator
  • Cambridge MATLAB model

Open source / in-house developed simulators:

  • Minimal model — both MATLAB/SIMULINK and Python integrated into OpenAI GYM
  • Hovorka model — MATLAB and Python integrated into OpenAI GYM
