The ESA SSA Space Weather team and the SSA Space Weather service network are pleased to announce that a new version of the SSA Space Weather Portal (http://swe.ssa.esa.int/) is scheduled to be released on October 20th, 2016.
In addition to a wealth of new and improved products and applications, this new release will introduce a series of service pages each dedicated to a specific group of end-users among the different eight SWE service domains (‘Spacecraft design’, ‘Spacecraft operation’, ‘Human spaceflight’, ‘Trans-ionospheric radio communications’, ‘Space surveillance & tracking’, ‘Non-space system operation’, ‘General Data Service’).
Each SWE Service is implemented through a combination of derived data products, software tools, technical reports and associated user guidance provided via the SSCC with the support of the Expert Groups participating in the SWE Network.
We note that some limited disruption to SWE Portal services may occur between 9h00 and 17h00 (Brussels time) while the update takes place. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
