TUNU is the Greenlandic word for Northeast Greenland. The TUNU Euro-arctic marine fishes – diversity and adaptation is a long term research project aiming to broaden our knowledge of Northeast Greenland fishes. Cruises are conducted regularly and the participating scientists are taxonomists, ecologists, toxicologists or physiologists.

Take a tour to explore the diversity of NE Greenland fishes or see who our collaborators are. If you have used any material from TUNU expeditions, please let us know so that we can add it to our list of publications.

The project is led by Prof. Jørgen Schou Christiansen from UiT The Arctic University of Norway.
