Our adviser <a href=\"mailto:marie-josee.h.halsor@uit.no\" data-type=\"mailto\" data-id=\"mailto:marie-josee.h.halsor@uit.no\">Joe Hals\u00f8r<\/a> will assist you with the procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A little run-down of how it goes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You send a request to Joe, who will forward you the form for collecting your personal information through an encrypted email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Joe sends a request to register you in the DF\u00d8 system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you are registered, you will receive a mail granting you access to the DF\u00d8 system within 24 hours and providing you with further instructions on how to claim your expenses. You can also go to <a href=\"https:\/\/dfo.no\/en\/travel-expense-claim-expense-reimbursement-and-remuneration-recipients-fees\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/dfo.no\/en\/travel-expense-claim-expense-reimbursement-and-remuneration-recipients-fees\">this page<\/a> for instructions.
