Rentals and passes can be arranged directly at the resort if conditions allow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>participation fee of 2500 NOK may be reimbursed from your annual PhD\/Postdoc funding<\/strong>, but please confirm this with your department in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accommodation is in shared cabins; while you may share the cabin with participants of the opposite gender, <strong>with private rooms<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please note that <strong>pets are not allowed<\/strong> at the venue.<br><br>After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to edit or cancel your registration. Please keep this email safe.
