The workshop will take place at department of Geosciences of UiT – The Arctic University of Norway (Tromsø). Participants will assemble for an ice-breaker on the evening of Monday 11th June 2018, and the oral sessions will commence on Tuesday 12th June.

Instructions for poster and oral presentations

Posters

Poster boards are in portrait format, and authors can make use of the full dimensions of 690 mm width × 980 mm height. All the material necessary for attaching the poster to the poster board will be available.

The poster session will be on the 12th June between 16:25 and 18:00. During the poster session time, it is kindly asking to the authors to be present at their display for presentation and answering questions.

Oral presentations

The oral sessions will be conducted in English.

Keynote presentations will be 45 minutes (40 minutes for the presentation plus 5 minutes for questions); other presentations will be 25 minutes (20 minutes for the presentation plus 5 minutes for questions).

All oral presentations must be illustrated by PowerPoint slides and must run under Windows OS.

Practical arrangements

UArctic will pay food for all participants from ice-breaker on 11th to lunch on 13th of June.
Consequently, if you have any dietary requirements let us know!
