Activities

Our chapter meets monthly to discuss the various events and other activities we are planning. Our discussions are generally lively, with members presenting new ideas all the time.

An image contest for everybody capturing science-related images during their studies, work, or hobby is held four times a year (March, June, September, and December).

The peer review process is one of the most important parts of the scientific method. In our journal club we will discuss new and upcoming papers and review them.

We will invite experts from relevant fields of optics, both from academia and companies, to share their expertise with us in interesting talks. These events will also provide an opportunity for networking.
