We share our visions and reflect on a changing field of music together with Scandinavian artists, researchers and leaders from different fields and generations. All the perspectives presented here can be seen as part of a greater project for social change inspired by the arts. The film was produced during the <a href=\"https:\/\/site.uit.no\/mgb-conference\/\">Music and Gender in Balance Conference<\/a> on the 5th &amp; 6th of April 2018, in Troms\u00f8.
