The university is located close to the city center of Troms\u00f8 and can easily be reached by bus or car. No matter where you are staying, the bus service in Troms\u00f8 is great and there\u2019s always a bus to catch. You can also take a taxi, if you prefer that.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to reach Troms\u00f8 centrum<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>From the airport, you can take the following buses to reach the city center:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>42 Stakkevollan via sentrum<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>40 Troms\u00f8 museum via sentrum<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>26 Tromsdalen via sentrum<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>24 Mortensnes via Gi\u00e6verbukta<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you take the bus from the airport to Gi\u00e6verbukta bus stop, these additional buses go to the city center:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>34 Fagereng via Gi\u00e6verbukta<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>28 Sollig\u00e5rden via sentrum<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to reach the venue\/UiT<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>From the city center, you can take the following buses to reach UiT:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>34 Skatt\u00f8ra via UiT &#8211; UNN<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>30 UiT &#8211; UNN via Stakkevollvegen<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Get off the bus at either <strong>UiT <\/strong>(recommended) or <strong>UiT\/Planetariet<\/strong>. The bus stop <strong>UNN<\/strong> (The University Hospital of North Norway) is also an option as it is located right next to the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make sure you find the right bus, we recommend that you download the Svipper app, where you can plan your travels and check the next available bus. The Svipper app can be downloaded on both <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=no.trfylke.svipper.production&amp;hl=no\">Android <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/no\/app\/svipper\/id6502283055\">iOS<\/a> devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Please note that bus tickets are included in the conference fee. You will receive a bus card on the first day of the conference, covering all travels in Troms\u00f8 during the conference period. If all rooms offered at reduced price are already booked, you must book your own accommodation for your stay. If you\u2019re feeling hungry, you can have a nice meal in their restaurant Roast, or take a walk by the quayside and gaze over the sea toward the mainland and the famous Arctic Cathedral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This hotel can be booked during <a href=\"https:\/\/site.uit.no\/ccgrid2025\/registration\/\">registration<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you did not book your accommodation during registration, but wish to do so, please follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the confirmation email you received after registering for the conference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the email you will find a link named \u201cSee\/change registration\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the link<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose <em>Change registration<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then you\u2019ll see a page named \u201cAccommodation in Troms\u00f8\u201d, click on <em>Book accommodation<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose check-in and check-out
