Leading a new Nordic University Consortium on CO2 conversion

Leading a new Nordic University Consortium on CO2 conversion

The CHOCO group will be leading a Nordic consortium on CO2 conversion! We have together with our partners from all nordic countries received funding from the NordForsk call on “New University Hubs”. The CHOCO project leader Kathrin Hopmann is the leader of the new consortium that will be funded for 3 years with a possible extension of 3 more years.

The picture below is Kathrin being praised by the university rector Anne Husebekk and dean of Science and Technology Morten Hald directly after the news broke. The University of Tromsø is proud of leading a Nordic University Hub filled with world class scientists.

All five Nordic countries are participating in the consortium with nodes in 9 different universities.

More about the consortium on the homepage of NordForsk.
