Research in the centre is organized in a number of projects:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_56\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-56\" style=\"width: 188px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-56 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.corporesano.no\/files\/2015\/02\/DSC_0037-199x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"188\" height=\"283\" srcset=\"https:\/\/site.uit.no\/corporesano\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/174\/2015\/02\/DSC_0037-199x300.jpg 199w, https:\/\/site.uit.no\/corporesano\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/174\/2015\/02\/DSC_0037-680x1024.jpg 680w, https:\/\/site.uit.no\/corporesano\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/174\/2015\/02\/DSC_0037-700x1054.jpg 700w, https:\/\/site.uit.no\/corporesano\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/174\/2015\/02\/DSC_0037-332x500.jpg 332w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 188px) 100vw, 188px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-56\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">&#8220;Muithu&#8221;, a notational analysis system using mobiles and portable cameras, in use at Alfheim Stadium in Troms\u00f8.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.corporesano.no\/projects\/corpore-sano-soccer\/\">Quantified Soccer<\/a><\/strong>; we are performing basic research at the intersection of computer science and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.klokeavskade.no\/en\">(sport) medicine <\/a>with concrete use-cases for our partner soccer clubs and Federal Associations.\u00a0 Performance development and injury prevention are key problems investigated. The cohort of top athletes participating in controlled epidemiological studies relevant for their professional lives is important for advanced technology prototyping, industrial beta-testing, and for experiments with wearable devices and intervention technologies based on Big Data analytics.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.corporesano.no\/projects\/corpore-sano-medicine\/\">Medicine<\/a><\/strong>; we are using experiences from the elite soccer cohorts and develop related technologies for epidemiological use-cases in larger scale.\u00a0 We are also developing scalable machine learning systems with our clinical medicine partners.\u00a0 Our main focus is in the gastro domain.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.corporesano.no\/projects\/corpore-sano-infrastructure\/\">Technological Infrastructure<\/a><\/strong>; we are developing, deploying, and experimentally evaluating a series of scalable, secure, privacy-preserving, and high-performing run-time systems in the sport science and medical domains.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/site.uit.no\/arcsecc\">ARCSECC Secure Computing Initiative<\/a>;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our primary purpose is to undertake high-impact research to develop innovative and enabling technologies for interdisciplinary research in sport science and medicine.
