The booklet is supposed to give users an introduction to Facility\u00a0Management (FM) and give basic knowledge so that they can start the process on FM\u00a0implementation in their cooperative or residential building.<\/p><p>The booklet does not contain detailed, complete ready-to-use guidelines and forms for facility\u00a0managers. Instead, it gives enough\u00a0 information and knowledge so that facility mangers know\u00a0what to ask for or order when they contact local FM companies.<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>The booklet is in English and written in layman terms and language suited for owners and\u00a0residents. The booklet is in pdf-format for online use or for cost free download.<\/p><pre>This publication has been produced with the assistance of the European Union.
