The booklet is supposed to give users an introduction to Facility Management (FM) and give basic knowledge so that they can start the process on FM implementation in their cooperative or residential building.\u00a0<\/p><p>The booklet does not contain detailed, complete ready-to-use guidelines and forms for facility managers.
