Det inneb\u00e6rer at jeg er tilgjengelig for kolleger i det daglige, deler materiale og ideer jeg utvikler, og tar initiativ til felleskapsbyggende aktiviteter. Her m\u00f8tes Musikkonservatoriets geh\u00f8rl\u00e6rere for \u00e5 dr\u00f8fte problemstillinger fra v\u00e5rt daglige virke, presentere gode undervisningsopplegg for hverandre etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opprettelsen av Konsens FoU-dag (opprettet 2023). Dette er en \u00e5rlig, heldags konferansedag hvor kolleger presenterer sine pedagogiske- og kunstneriske utviklingsarbeider. <a href=\"https:\/\/musicificium.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/konsens-fou-dag-2024-program.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Program 2024<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opprettelse av FoUkeslutt (opprettet 2022). FoUkeslutt finner sted to ganger i semesteret. Pedagogisk lederskap<\/span><span class=\"wp-block-accordion-heading__toggle-icon\" aria-hidden=\"true\">+<\/span><\/button><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div inert aria-labelledby=\"accordion-item-2\" data-wp-bind--inert=\"!state.isOpen\" id=\"accordion-item-2-panel\" role=\"region\" class=\"wp-block-accordion-panel is-layout-flow wp-block-accordion-panel-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeg har hatt pedagogisk ansvar p\u00e5 institusjonen i mange \u00e5r, b\u00e5de som leder for seksjonen min, som emneansvarlig og som studieprogramleder for Bachelorstudiet i Musikkut\u00f8ving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Som studieprogramleder initierte\/gjennomf\u00f8rte jeg f\u00f8lgende tiltak:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Skole\u00e5ret 2024\/2025: Som en del av UiTs portef\u00f8ljegjennomgang, opprettet og ledet jeg en arbeidsgruppe som utarbeidet et forslag til ny, faglig innretningen p\u00e5 BA i musikkut\u00f8ving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skole\u00e5ret 2023\/2024: jeg s\u00f8rget for ferdigstillelse av en stor studieplansrevisjon for BA i musikkut\u00f8ving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e5ren 2024: Jeg initierte og laget en rammeavtale mellom studenthelsetjenesten og Musikkonservatoriet for \u00e5 sikre bedre tilgang p\u00e5 helsehjelp til v\u00e5re studenter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e5ren 2024: Sammen seksjonsledere og produsent laget jeg nye rutiner for planlegging, ledelse og gjennomf\u00f8ring av prosjektuker. Et av tiltakene som ble gjort, var \u00e5 lage en <a href=\"https:\/\/site.uit.no\/harmoniskevendinger\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/182\/2026\/02\/Prosjektuke-sjekkliste.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sjekkliste for prosjektledere<\/a> som skal sikre at oppgaver og ansvarsomr\u00e5der ikke blir glemt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e5ren 2024: Jeg klargjorde grunnlagsdokumenter og jobbet med mandatet til en ekstern, <a href=\"https:\/\/site.uit.no\/harmoniskevendinger\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/182\/2026\/02\/UiT-Musikkutoving-Bachelor-Periodisk-evaluering-rapport-fra-komiteen-juni-2025-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">periodisk evaluering<\/a> som fant sted h\u00f8sten 2024. Arbeidet ble gjort sammen instituttleder og visedirekt\u00f8r for utdanning. Jeg bisto ogs\u00e5 den eksterne komiteen underveis i arbeidet med evalueringen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skole\u00e5ret 2023\/ 2024: I samarbeid med studiekonsulenter og instituttleder designet jeg et <a href=\"https:\/\/uit.no\/utdanning\/program\/864741\/musikk_-_arsstudium\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e5rsstudium i ut\u00f8vende musikk<\/a>, samt lagde emneplaner til \u00e5rsstudiets ulike emner i samarbeid med fagl\u00e6rere. Studiet ble igangsatt h\u00f8sten 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00f8sten 2023: Sammen med studiekonsulenten for bachelorstudiet, igangsatte jeg \u201cmidtveissamtaler\u201d for f\u00f8rste- og andre\u00e5rsstudentene. Samtalene ligner medarbeidersamtaler i arbeidslivet, og foreg\u00e5r individuelt for hver student,. Tiltaket ble initiert som en respons p\u00e5 \u00f8kende grad av psykisk uhelse (Sivertsen et al, 2023) og \u00f8kende frafall blant studenter i h\u00f8yere utdanning (Hovdhaugen, 2019). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sommeren 2023: Jeg utarbeidet instrukser for seksjonsledere og emneansvarlige for \u00e5 avklare ansvarsomr\u00e5der og s\u00f8rge for en bedre flyt i organisasjonen. Dette ble gjennomg\u00e5tt med kollegiet p\u00e5 oppstartsdagene i august 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Som emneansvarlig har jeg ledet\/gjennomf\u00f8rt f\u00f8lgende:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V\u00e5ren 2023 og 2026: Ledet arbeid rundt studentevaluering av geh\u00f8remnene p\u00e5 BA i tr\u00e5d med UMAKs kvalitetssystem.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2022\/2023: Revisjon av samtlige emneplaner for geh\u00f8remnene p\u00e5 BA for \u00e5 tilpasse dem til revidert studieplan. Revisjonen ble gjort i samarbeid med dav\u00e6rende studieprogramleder og studiekonsulenter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2015\/ 2016: Omfattende revisjon og omstrukturering av geh\u00f8remnene. Prosjektet er beskrevet i kapittel 2.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/musicificium.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/2.-arbeid-5a-utvikling-av-nye-eksamener-i-lytting-og-gehor-rapport-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Utvikling og testing av ny eksamensform i Lytting og geh\u00f8r,<\/a> gjort i samarbeid med kollega Vidar Alvestad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharing the podium: Gjennom prosjektet utviklet og testet vi en undervisningsform som tok i bruk en variant av peer-veiledning i ensembleledelse. Prosjektet ble gjort i samarbeid med kollega Michael Strobelt, og er n\u00e6rmere beskrevet i kapittel 2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/musicificium.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/4.-arbeid-12a-opptaksprover-i-teori-og-gehor-pa-zoom-en-rapport.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pandemitilpasset opptakspr\u00f8ve i geh\u00f8r og musikkteori: <\/a>Da det under pandemien ble behov for en opptakspr\u00f8ve som kunne gjennomf\u00f8res utelukkende digitalt, utviklet jeg, i samarbeid med Hilde Blix og Monika Benedek, en spesialtilpasset opptakspr\u00f8ve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeg har i tillegg blitt invitert inn i kollegers utviklingsprosjekter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/notebutikken.no\/produkt\/9790261026550-det-forste-motet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Det f\u00f8rste m\u00f8te:<\/a> Anne Lise Sollied utviklet et didaktisk materiale for den unge sopranstemmen, basert p\u00e5 musikk av kvinnelige komponister. I dette prosjektet inngikk jeg i en faggruppe p\u00e5 fire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forzinket: Ingrid Eliassen jobber med et utviklingsprosjekt der hun ser p\u00e5 hvordan erfaringer med \u00e5 l\u00e6re det historiske instrumentet zinke kan brukes til \u00e5 videreutvikle moderne trompetundervisning. Vi er n\u00e5 i fase 4, hvor vi utvikler nye, nasjonale opptakspr\u00f8ver til h\u00f8yere musikkutdanning. Fase 1-3 besto av forskning p\u00e5 opptakspr\u00f8vene. Forskningsresultatene er et viktig kunnskapsgrunnlag for det utviklingsarbeidet vi n\u00e5 gj\u00f8r. Prosjektet er finansiert av Fagorgan for skapende og ut\u00f8vende musikkutdanning.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MaGe<\/strong> (Mangfold i geh\u00f8rundervisning) er et skandinavisk utviklingsprosjekt der 12 geh\u00f8rl\u00e6rere fra Troms\u00f8 (UiT), Oslo (NMH), K\u00f8benhavn (DKDM), Odense (KMD) og Stockholm (KMH) lager et didaktisk materiale for geh\u00f8rundervisning basert p\u00e5 musikk av kvinnelige, skandinaviske komponister (del 1), kvinnelige komponister fra hele verden (del 2) og minoritetsmusikk (del 3). Materialet vil publiseres som et nettsted og planlegges lansert v\u00e5ren 2027.
