The conference will be arranged at Sommarøy Arctic Hotel in the incredibly beautiful outer archipelago of Tromsø.
Accommodation is now booked via the registration form. There is a limited amount of available rooms so please consider if you’re willing to share a double room as there are no other hotels nearby. There is also the option to share a three room sea cabin.
Rooms will be assigned on a first come, first serve principle. Also note that the number of available rooms stated on the registration form may not always be up to date.
You will pay for your accommodation directly to the hotel at check out.
