Registration is now open for in-person and digital participants.
Registration for in-person participants
During the registration, you will be able to choose one of the parallel workshops.
Registration for in-person participants is open until 18 October. Fees (incl. VAT) to be paid by credit card in the registration portal:
- the whole conference (3 days) – NOK 2450
- 2 conference days – NOK 1950
- conference dinner on 8 November – NOK 700
In order to reduce food waste, we have put the lunch option into a separate box in the registration form. Please remember to tick off the days on which you would like to get conference lunch.
On 9 November there will be a reception at the Polar Museum in the city center. The reception is free for registered conference participants: the costs will be covered by UiT The Arctic University of Norway and this year’s sponsors.

Waivers
Participants from low income and middle income countries (as categorized by the World Bank) can apply for a waiver that will include the conference fee and conference dinner. Waivers will be administered on a first come first served basis and the amount of waivers will largely depend on the amount of sponsor contributions the conference gets. Waiver applications must be sent to muninconference at ub.uit.no on 25 September at the latest. In your application, please include information about yourself and your motivation to visit the conference.
Employees and students of UiT The Arctic University of Norway are exempted from the conference fee, but need to pay the dinner fee themselves. When registering, please choose the UiT participant category and provide your UiT email.
Registration for digital participants
Digital participants will be able to participate in most of the conference (excluding the workshops). The streaming link will be sent close to the conference date. Registration for digital participants is free and will close on 1 November.
