The Munin conference has funds available to offer waivers for participants who cannot obtain sufficient funding. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will offer waivers on two levels <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. A basic waiver where we waive the conference registration fee and the fee for the conference dinner  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. An extended waiver where we also, in addition to the basic waiver (1), will fund a number of hotel nights at a conference hotel selected by the committee. The number of nights will be decided by the committee, based on the conference programme and your participation plans. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      We will prioritise giving waivers to potential participants who will present at the conference (either poster or oral). In order to increase Munin\u2019s geographical reach, we will prioritise waiver applicants based in countries outside Europe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      NB! A waiver is no guarantee for a visa, and participants are themselves wholly responsible for applying for a visa to the relevant authorities.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Send an application using this form<\/a>. The deadline for waiver applications is 21 October 2026, 23:59 CET. Waiver applicants who have also sent in an abstract, will receive the reply on their waiver applications together with the notification of acceptance \u2013 from 11 November.
