Also at UiT, several internet-based courses are offered. I am involved in teaching 2 courses that are partly taught over the internet.<\/p>\n<p>Video lectures are a central element in internet-based teaching. Such videos can come in many forms, from &#8216;talking-heads&#8217; to more animated versions. I have been involved in making a number of video lectures in the &#8216;talking-head&#8217; format, which are very static (I do not move) and where the speaker is separated from the lecture slides, potentially leading to a split in the students attention. Such videos might be experienced as little motivational. Together with a colleague at Result (<a href=\"http:\/\/uit.no\/ub\/ansatte\/person?p_document_id=315550\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trine D\u00f8rum<\/a>) I have tried out to make a different type of video lecture, involving more dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>Documentation about this project:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/site.uit.no\/ncco2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/280\/2015\/04\/Skisse_Fordypningsprosjekt.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Initial plan for this project <\/a>(in Norwegian).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/site.uit.no\/ncco2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/280\/2015\/04\/Fordypningsprosjekt.pdf\">Description of the project outcome<\/a> (in Norwegian).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/prezi.com\/nnbe4nveihcw\/models-of-the-atom-adapted-to-video\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prezi lecture I made for the dynamic video lecture <\/a>(in English)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/screencast.uninett.no\/relay\/ansatt\/tab024uit.no\/2015\/29.04\/1492000\/models_of_the__atom_-_20150429_182308_36.html\">Result: Dynamic video lecture<\/a> .
