Poster and Oral guidelines
Poster format: A0 portrait
Max dimensions: 95 cm width and 124 cm high (the size of the poster walls).
Posters will be displayed outside the Auditorium Cerebrum (MH2 building, campus UiT). Please set up your poster before 9:00 on Thursday 9th of June. We will provide the equipment needed to attach your poster.
Platform presentations
Oral presentations will be given 12 minutes with an additional 3 minutes for questions.
Presentations should be prepared on powerpoint and will be uploaded on the Auditorium´s PC during the break before the session. Please bring your presentation entitled with the last name of the main presenter on a usb flash drive at least 15 minutes before the start of the session block.
The scientific programme is very tight and session chairs will be strict holding the time.
