Update 27.05.21: <\/span><\/strong>To ensure that the conference is organised according to the current covid-regulations, the<\/span>\u00a0number of physical participants has to be limited to 50.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Update 05.05.21:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>We have changed the registration conditions such that you can sign up for the conference now but you can also make changes yourself regarding physical versus online participation until June 1st (final deadline). Your credit card will not be charged until after June 1st.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To register for the conference, please fill in the registration form<\/a>. This includes the option of attending the conference either in-person or digitally.\u00a0We still hope that it will be possible to travel in June, but please notice\u00a0that t<\/span><\/span>ravel restrictions in entering\u00a0<\/span>Norway are currently very strict making it impossible for most foreigners to enter the country. Some information on the rules can be found\u00a0<\/span><\/span>here.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The conference fee for in-person participants includes coffee breaks, lunches, a welcome reception, a conference dinner and conference material. The conference fee for digital participants covers some of the additional costs in organizing a hybrid conference.<\/p>\n

Accommodation: <\/strong>We offer a\u00a0limited number of hotel rooms at\u00a0Clarion Hotel The Edge<\/a>\u00a0and Quality Hotel Saga<\/a> which\u00a0can be booked directly with our travel agency (against a fee), please see the registration form. Alternatively, you need to book accommodation yourself. Please notice that the conference venue<\/a> is located approximately 5 km from the city center, but we will organise transport between the city center hotels and the conference venue.<\/p>\n
