Alphabetical order of the family names

Abu-Alam, Tamer	Tamer Abu-Alam is an academian and researcher. He holds a Doctor of Science (2010) from Karl Franzens University (Graz University), Austria. He is active in the fields of Open Access and Open Science in addition to his main research field as an Earth Scientist. He is the project manager of the Open Polar. Personal webpage

Aspaas, Per Pippin	Per Pippin Aspaas is Head of Research and Publishing Support at the University Library of UiT. He holds a PhD in history of science (2012) and is an active spokesperson for Open Access and Open Science in general.

Høydalsvik, Stein (retired)	Stein Høydalsvik (retired August 2020) holds a MSc in physics. He spent more than 23 years at the University Library of UiT where he has held several positions, primarily working on developing user services. From 2005, the main activities have been Open Access, Open Data and Open Science in general. A team consisting of Leif Longva, Karl Magnus and Stein launched in 2011 the service High North Research Documents, – now integrated in the Open Polar concept.

Longva, Leif	Leif Longva is Academic Librarian at the University Library of UiT. He holds a MSc in fisheries and a MA in Economics. He has several years’ experience as project manager in developing digital library services at UiT.

Nilsen, Karl Magnus	Karl Magnus Nilsen is a senior software engineer at the University Library of UiT. He holds an Msc in computer science and has several years of experience working on open science infrastructure, in particular institutional repositories, open research data and journal publishing platforms. He is an open source advocate and works primarily on open source projects.

Odu, Obiajulu	Obiajulu Odu is a senior software engineer/developer at UiT The Arctic University of Norway. Odu holds a BSc Civil Engineering and MSc in Computer Science. He has many years’ experience working on open science infrastructures; institutional repositories, research data and journal publishing platforms. He is an advocate of open source and open access.
