Students and PhD candidates are expected to apply for the free guestroom in the registration form, if available.<\/p>\n Only those presenting talks or posters are eligible, and it will only be after you have presented that you can apply for a reimbursement of your expenses. Any additional expenses, or costs over the maximum value of the student support, must be covered by the participant.<\/p>\n
