Under \u00f6vningen\u00a0fyller studenterna i ett\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/site.uit.no\/psykhel\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/386\/2019\/06\/ABC-analys.pdf\">arbetsblad<\/a>. Inspirationen \u00e4r h\u00e4mtad fr\u00e5n kognitiv beteendeterapi (KBT) (kognitiv adferdsterapi) och synligg\u00f6r sambandet mellan m\u00e4nniskors s\u00e4tt att t\u00e4nka, k\u00e4nna och handla och de konsekvenser handlingarna f\u00e5r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"name\">I den h\u00e4r filmen ser du exempel p\u00e5 hur man kan fylla i blanketten. G\u00f6r g\u00e4rna egna exempel utifr\u00e5n din kontext, eller se den h\u00e4r filmen tillsammans med studenterna innan de g\u00f6r \u00f6vningen.<\/span><b><\/b>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_video src=&#8221;https:\/\/vimeo.com\/750283763\/7a08e88f10&#8243; admin_label=&#8221;Video &#8211; ABC analys&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.3&#8243; max_width=&#8221;100%&#8221; module_alignment=&#8221;left&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; box_shadow_style=&#8221;preset1&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;][\/et_pb_video][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Tekst til tema&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; text_font_size=&#8221;16px&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<span class=\"name\">I klassrummet tas utg\u00e5ngspunkt antingen i n\u00e5got studenterna sj\u00e4lva har egen erfarenhet av, en casebeskrivning eller i rollspel utifr\u00e5n en situation\/problematik som \u00e4r relevant i relation till den utbildning lektionen \u00e4r en del av. \u00a0Beroende p\u00e5 klassens storlek och vilka f\u00e4rdigheter studenterna har sedan tidigare kan de 1) \u00f6va tv\u00e5 och tv\u00e5 i rollspel (eller utifr\u00e5n n\u00e5got eget beteende de vill f\u00f6rst\u00e5 och f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra), 2) diskutera i mindre grupper eller helklass utifr\u00e5n case.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6lj upp \u00f6vningen<\/strong>, s\u00e5v\u00e4l f\u00f6r att se vad som skapat utmaningar i arbetss\u00e4ttet och f\u00f6r att uppm\u00e4rksamma<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1) hur personens s\u00e4tt att t\u00e4nka och f\u00f6rst\u00e5 situationen leder fram till vissa beteenden,<\/li>\n<li>2) hur de kortsiktiga konsekvenserna av dessa beteenden fyller en funktion,<\/li>\n<li>3) hur de l\u00e5ngsiktiga konsekvenserna skapar problem, och 4) diskutera hur man skulle kunna hj\u00e4lpa personen att bryta de onda cirklarna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"name\"><strong> Diskutera<\/strong> hur ni mot bakgrund av \u00f6vningen och den kunskap studenterna inh\u00e4mtat om s\u00e5v\u00e4l scheman och beteenden som assimilation och ackommodation kan f\u00f6rst\u00e5 varf\u00f6r patienter ibland har sv\u00e5rt med det som Orem talar om i termer av &#8220;egenv\u00e5rd&#8221;, eller det Roy talar om som adaption.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"name\"><strong>G\u00e5 vidare<\/strong> och diskutera vilken betydelse andra m\u00e4nniskor har s\u00e5v\u00e4l f\u00f6r att vi &#8220;g\u00f6r som vi g\u00f6r&#8221;, och f\u00f6r att vi skall f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra saker och ting. Hur kan omgivningen hj\u00e4lpa eller stj\u00e4lpa? P\u00e5 vilket s\u00e4tt kan man bygga in st\u00f6d fr\u00e5n andra n\u00e4r man vill f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra sina beteenden? Och hur kan det komma sig att omgivningen kanske inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 hj\u00e4lpsam som man skulle \u00f6nska?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"name\">Reflektion utg\u00e5ende fr\u00e5n film\/text<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"name\">Se film eller l\u00e4s en text med anknytning till ett omr\u00e5de som \u00e4r aktuellt f\u00f6r utbildningen och reflektera \u00f6ver hur man kan f\u00f6rst\u00e5 det personen\/personerna g\u00f6r med utg\u00e5ngspunkt i kapitel 7 i boken.
