custom_padding=&#8221;|||&#8221; custom_padding__hover=&#8221;|||&#8221;][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Tekst til tema&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.0.4&#8243; text_font_size=&#8221;16px&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h3>Att samtala om stress<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">\u00d6vningen syftar till att studenterna utvecklar sin f\u00f6rst\u00e5else av stress och hur stress p\u00e5verkar m\u00e4nniskors liv, samt sin f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att samtala med andra om stress. \u00d6vningen inneb\u00e4r ocks\u00e5 ett tillf\u00e4lle att tr\u00e4na samtalsf\u00e4rdigheter, samt att till\u00e4mpa teori p\u00e5 case.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><strong>Steg 1<br \/><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Studenterna f\u00e5r i uppgift att tala med en person (det kan vara en bekant, en sjuksk\u00f6terska man tr\u00e4ffar under VFU eller liknande) om vad stress inneb\u00e4r f\u00f6r personen, vad som skapar stress, hur stressen p\u00e5verkar vardagen och h\u00e4lsan, och om vad personen g\u00f6r f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rebygga eller minska stress och om hen har n\u00e5gra tankar om det finns ytterligare saker som personen sj\u00e4lv skulle beh\u00f6va\/vilja g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rebygga och\/eller reducera stress. I dessa samtal b\u00f6r studenterna uppmuntras att anv\u00e4nda de samtalsf\u00e4rdigheter som finns beskrivna i modulen f\u00f6r MI, dvs. goda (f\u00f6retr\u00e4desvis \u00f6ppna) fr\u00e5gor, reflektioner, bekr\u00e4ftelser och summeringar f\u00f6r att p\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis f\u00e5 ta del av den andres perspektiv och erfarenheter.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Studenterna skriver sedan ett sammanfattande case utifr\u00e5n detta. Alternativt skriver studenterna case utifr\u00e5n egna erfarenheter (anonymt) runt samma fr\u00e5gest\u00e4llningar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><strong>Steg 2a<br \/><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">De anonymiserade casen f\u00f6rdelas mellan studenterna, som g\u00f6r en analys av 1) stressorer, 2) copingstrategier personen anv\u00e4nder, 3) strategier personen skulle ha nytta av att utveckla. Detta kan g\u00f6ras i klassrummet, men ocks\u00e5 som individuell \u00f6vning via webben, med kamratbed\u00f6mning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><strong>Steg 2b<br \/><\/strong><\/span>Vid steg 2 kan man ocks\u00e5 l\u00e5ta studenterna arbeta i grupp IRL. Utifr\u00e5n de case gruppen har kan de v\u00e4lja ett, och g\u00f6ra ett rollspel d\u00e4r personen tr\u00e4ffar en sjuksk\u00f6terska f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 st\u00f6d att genomf\u00f6ra f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring\/l\u00e4ra sig n\u00e5gon strategi f\u00f6r att hantera stress.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Stress i sjuksk\u00f6terskans vardag<\/h3>\n<p>Studenterna s\u00f6ker sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndigt artiklar om stress i sjuksk\u00f6terskans vardag. Det kan exempelvis vara artiklar som tar fasta p\u00e5 erfarenheter av samvetsstress (stress of conciousness) eller compassion\/empathy fatigue. Vid ett seminarium diskuteras artiklarna i relation till generella teorier om stress i relation till s\u00e5v\u00e4l det egna ansvaret\/m\u00f6jligheterna att hantera stress, som organisationens ansvar att skapa en god arbetsmilj\u00f6. Det \u00e4r med andra ord centralt att studenterna blir medvetna om att det \u00e4r bra att utveckla strategier f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rebygga och bem\u00e4stra stress, men ocks\u00e5 hur man p\u00e5verkar varandra i en arbetsgrupp samt att arbetsgivare ocks\u00e5 har ett ansvar.
