I relation till\u00a0<strong>steg 1<\/strong> kan detta exempelvis ske i samband med undervisning p\u00e5 en \u00f6vergripande och generell niv\u00e5, medan <strong>steg 2<\/strong> kan rikta uppm\u00e4rksamheten mot olika typer av sm\u00e4rta i relation till specifika diagnoser eller kliniska kontext.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4lj case som passar inom den aktuella kursen. De kan exempelvis vara i form av skrivna vinjetter, filmklipp eller att studenterna f\u00f6rberett sig genom att l\u00e4sa n\u00e5gon sj\u00e4lvbiografisk text d\u00e4r sm\u00e4rta st\u00e5r i fokus. Studenterna f\u00f6rbereder sig inf\u00f6r undervisningen genom att s\u00e4tta sig in i dessa samt i kapitel 15 i <em>Psykologi f\u00f6r sjuksk\u00f6terskor<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3>Attityder till sm\u00e4rta<\/h3>\n<p>Studier visar att det \u00e4r viktigt att sjuksk\u00f6terskestudenter inte bara har kunskap om sm\u00e4rta. Deras attityder har ocks\u00e5 betydelse. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det viktigt att tillsammans med studenter reflektera \u00f6ver hur man ser p\u00e5 sm\u00e4rta, och vad studenterna t\u00e4nker om hur patienter upplever och ger uttryck f\u00f6r sm\u00e4rta. H\u00e4r kan det vara l\u00e4mpligt att reflektera \u00f6ver olika typer av sm\u00e4rta och i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till olika diagnoser, g\u00e4rna med st\u00f6d av case. Forts\u00e4tt den gemensamma diskussionen i relation till avsnittet om \u201csjuksk\u00f6terskan som grindvakt\u201d \u00a0och problematisera p\u00e5 vilket s\u00e4tt sjuksk\u00f6terskans f\u00f6rh\u00e5llningss\u00e4tt kan ha betydelse f\u00f6r patientens sm\u00e4rtupplevelse.<\/p>\n<h3>Hur p\u00e5verkas vi av sm\u00e4rta?<\/h3>\n<p>Studenterna diskuterar case i grupper i relation till f\u00f6ljande fr\u00e5gest\u00e4llningar:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Hur kan sm\u00e4rtan f\u00f6rst\u00e5s i relation till ett bio-psyko-sociat perspektiv?<\/li>\n<li>Hur \u00e4r det f\u00f6r personen? Hur upplevs sm\u00e4rtan?<\/li>\n<li>Hur f\u00f6rmedlar personen sm\u00e4rtan till andra?
