Kamraten f\u00e5r till uppgift att i ess\u00e4n identifiera de olika faserna i f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsprocessen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Oavsett om studenten reflekterar \u00f6ver sin egen eller andras f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring, kompletteras reflektionen ocks\u00e5 med slutsatser om vad som kan vara utmanande vid f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring, och vad som kan underl\u00e4tta den.<\/p>\n<h3>Att st\u00f6dja f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring<\/h3>\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r det m\u00f6jligt att bygga vidare p\u00e5 de samtal\/rollspel som genomf\u00f6rdes i anknytning till tema 16, eller att genomf\u00f6ra helt nya samtal. Utg\u00e5ngspunkten \u00e4r att &#8220;patienten&#8221; (som mycket v\u00e4l kan utg\u00e5 fr\u00e5n n\u00e5gon egen tanke om f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring &#8211; det \u00e4r ofta mycket enklare \u00e4n att &#8220;hitta p\u00e5&#8221; allt eftersom samtalet forts\u00e4tter) vill genomf\u00f6ra en f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring som hen funderat p\u00e5 ett tag, men inte kommit till skott med. I ett f\u00f6rsta steg genomf\u00f6rs en <a href=\"https:\/\/site.uit.no\/psykhel\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/386\/2019\/06\/Ambivalensutforskning.pdf\">ambivalensutforskning.<\/a> Uppmuntra studenterna att anv\u00e4nda samtalsstrategier fr\u00e5n <a href=\"https:\/\/site.uit.no\/psykhel\/modul-3-motiverande-intervju\/\">MI-modulen<\/a>. \u00c4ven h\u00e4r kan man arbeta 3-4 studenter i grupp, s\u00e5 att n\u00e5gra samtalar och \u00f6vriga ger feedback.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6lj upp ambivalensutforskningen, vad som fungerade bra och vad som ev. skapade utmaningar. Ett \u00f6nskat l\u00e4ge \u00e4r att alla kommit fram till att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen \u00e4r angel\u00e4gen att genomf\u00f6ra.
