I olika omv\u00e5rdnadsteorier lyfts relationella aspekter fram oavsett teorins huvudfokus. N\u00e5gra teorier l\u00e4gger ocks\u00e5 fokus p\u00e5 mellanm\u00e4nskliga relationer, exempelvi Hildegar Peplau och Joyce Travelbee. Det mellanm\u00e4nskliga samspelet betonas ocks\u00e5 i relation till k\u00e4rnkompetensen personcentrerad v\u00e5rd genom det fokus som ber\u00e4ttelsen och partnerskapet har (Ekman 2014). S\u00e5v\u00e4l patientens upplevelse av omv\u00e5rdnadens kvalitet som patientens delaktighet i v\u00e5rden.<\/p>\n<h3>Relationsf\u00e4rdigheter<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1016\/j.apnu.2017.08.003\">Delaney, Shattell och Johnson<\/a> (2017) beskriver med utg\u00e5ngspunkt i Peplaus teori olika f\u00e4rdigheter som skapar f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r ett gynnsamt mellanm\u00e4nskligt samspel. Dessa f\u00e4rdigheter knyter an till den interaktiva process som uppst\u00e5r i det goda m\u00f6tet. Det handlar om f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att vara n\u00e4rvarande, f\u00f6rmedla att man lyssnar, visa s\u00e5v\u00e4l kognitiv som k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssig empati (dvs. s\u00e5v\u00e4l f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur den andre har det som visa medk\u00e4nsla), intoning, att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 inneb\u00f6rden i den andres ber\u00e4ttelse och ge ett gensvar.<\/p>\n<h4>F\u00e4rdighets\u00f6vningar<\/h4>\n<p>Inspirerad av artikeln kan exempelvis mindfulness\u00f6vningar inkluderas i utbildningen och kroppspr\u00e5k observeras i samband med samtals\u00f6vningar. De samtalsf\u00e4rdigheter som beskrivs i modulen f\u00f6r MI kan ocks\u00e5 bidra till att visa att man lyssnar, till att locka fram ber\u00e4ttelsen och f\u00f6r att ge ett gensvar som s\u00e5v\u00e4l st\u00e4rker relationen som skapar f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r patienters delaktighet i v\u00e5rden.<\/p>\n<h4>Gemensam reflektion<\/h4>\n<p>H\u00e4r kan det ocks\u00e5 vara angel\u00e4get att reflektera \u00f6ver inneb\u00f6rden i s\u00e5v\u00e4l &#8220;mellanm\u00e4nskligt samspel&#8221; som &#8220;delaktighet&#8221; i relation till de inom personcentrerad v\u00e5rd centrala begreppen &#8220;ber\u00e4ttelsen&#8221; och &#8220;partnerskapet&#8221;. N\u00e5gra fr\u00e5gor att reflektera \u00f6ver \u00e4r<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>skillnader mellan partnerskap och att patienten \u00e4r v\u00e4linformerad och delaktig i beslut<\/li>\n<li>hur patient och v\u00e5rdare tillsammans skapar en ber\u00e4ttelse, och blir en del av varandras ber\u00e4ttelser. Vad \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r att det bidrag man sj\u00e4lv ger skall st\u00e4rka patienten som person, och \u00f6ka hens tilltro till s\u00e5v\u00e4l sin egen f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga som till v\u00e5rden?<span style=\"font-size: 16px\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Att etablera en v\u00e5rdande relation<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Travelbee beskriver interaktionen mellan sjuksk\u00f6terska och patient som en process som utvecklas successivt.
