Oppgaven for den profesjonelle er \u00e5 hjelpe personen til \u00e5 utvikle forst\u00e5else av hvordan forandringen skjer, og hvordan kunnskapen kan brukes for \u00e5 hjelpe med \u00e5 styre unna fare og lidelse og samtidig holde recovery-reisens rette kurs<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/5rto4y_bNVI\">Bruk tilgjengelige verkt\u00f8y som personen har:<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0Den personlige historien inneholder mange eksempler p\u00e5 hva som har fungert bra tidligere, hog hva vedkommende tenker vil v\u00e6re bra for han\/henne fremover.
