Navnet skal ses p\u00e5 som en metafor for hvordan livet, v\u00e5r helse og v\u00e5re omstendigheter \u2013 og dermed ogs\u00e5 behovet for hjelp og omsorg \u2013 kan skifte gjennom livet.
