N\u00e4r gruppen fungerar bra \u00e4r det inte alls s\u00e4kert att vi t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 det, men n\u00e4r gruppen kommer i konflikt med \u00a0andra grupper har vi en tendens att dela in oss i &#8220;vi och dom&#8221; eftersom denna typ av kategorier kan hj\u00e4lpa oss att f\u00e5 \u00f6verblick och en k\u00e4nsla av kontroll.<\/p>\n<p>Vi tar fasta p\u00e5 vissa egenskaper &#8211; och i och med det l\u00e4gger vi kanske inte m\u00e4rke till andra. Detta har man tagit fasta p\u00e5 i en dansk film, <em>All that we share<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jD8tjhVO1Tc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Konflikter kan ocks\u00e5 uppst\u00e5 inom en grupp.<\/strong> Kanske \u00e4r det rollkonflikter, eller konflikter om olika v\u00e4rden. S\u00e5dana stridigheter kan l\u00e4tt skapa en negativ organisationskultur, och med det ocks\u00e5 en d\u00e5lig arbetsmilj\u00f6.
