As digitalization transforms the industry, the need for new competencies among maritime professionals grows, impacting not only ship operators but also maritime education and training frameworks. Primary Objective (PO) of the REFRAME Project is to examine human factor challenges in remote-controlled ships, assess the impact of digitalization on maritime education and competence, identify emerging skill needs that align with the evolving demands of remote maritime operations.\u200b\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
