Raporta: Strategiijaruđa 2010 geavaheapmi

Prošeakta: Sámegiela oahpahallanteavsttaid čállinfeaillat: automáhtalaš diagnostiseren ja máhcahus

Sámi dutkamiid guovddáš juolludii doarjaga mu oassálastimii KONVENS 2010 (The Conference on Natural Language Processing) konferánsii ja dasa gullevaš workshopii: “Language technology and texttechnological methods for E-Learning”. Konferánsa ja workshop lágiduvvojedje 6-8.9 2010 Saarbrückenis Duiskkas.

Miessemánus sáddejin abstrávtta fágaguoibmeárvvoštallamii ja čálus dohkkehuvvui. Bukten ovdan iežan barggu workshopas 8.9.2010. Dan maŋŋil lean viiddidan čállosa 12-siidosaš artihkalin: “Handling of misspellings in an ICALL system” mii galgá almmuhuvvot boahtte jagi. Olles referánsa:

Antonsen, Lene 2011: Handling of misspellings in an ICALL system. In: Bärenfänger, Maja and Maik Stührenberg (Ed.): Language Technology for E-Learning. Special issue of the Journal for Language Technology and Computational Linguistics (JLCL) 1, 2011.

Artihkkala álggahus:

“The present paper discusses the problem of learner’s spelling errors in a North Sami ICALL-system, and explores possible improvements of the candidate ranking algorithm in a generic spellchecking program by implementing weighted transducers and also adding morphology-triggered misspellings marked with error tags. Combined with Constraint Grammar it is possible both to detect most real-word errors, to choose the best correction candidate and also decide to ignore misspellings in favor of commenting upon the syntax in the learner’s sentence.”

Áiggun geavahit artihkkala oassin mu PhD-barggus.

Ledjen álggus plánen vuolgit Saarbrückenis Bordeauxii konferánsii EUROCALL 2010 (European Association for Computer-Assisted Language Learning) muhto gávnnahin ahte dien konferánssa prográmma ii lean dattetge nu miellagiddevaš mu bargui. Dan sajis čuvvon olles KONVENS 2010. Konferánssas čatnen oktavuođa dutkiiguin geat barget ICALL prográmmaiguin Saarbrückenis.

Lean giitevaš go ožžon strategiijaruđa vai sáhtten čađahit mátkki.
