“In Norway, we aim for an educational system that is just, treats everyone the same and offers a learning environment that provides everyone with the same opportunities. Everyone should be able to reach their potential – independent of for example place of residence. But this is not the case. On the contrary; geography stands out as a strong factor when it comes to educational inequalities. We can see it on different measures of educational success throughout the educational system. “<\/em><\/p>\n
