Det er viktig \u00e5 h\u00e5ndtere konflikten tidlig, og dermed forhindre at den eskalerer. Merker du uoverensstemmelser som involverer studenten, er det ditt ansvar som veileder \u00e5 ta tak i dette. Det viktigste er \u00e5 ta opp konflikten med den det gjelder, og overordnet leder b\u00f8r ogs\u00e5 involveres. global_colors_info=&raquo;{}&raquo; open=&raquo;off&raquo;]<\/p>\n<p>Det er praksisvirksomhetene som er ansvarlig for \u00e5 forsikre studenter i praksis, p\u00e5 lik linje med andre ansatte gjennom deres yrkesskadeforsikring.<\/p>\n<p>Grunnen til at denne forsikringen ligger hos praksissamarbeidspartnerne og ikke ved utdanningsinstitusjonen er at studenten i praksis gj\u00f8r arbeidsoppgaver under ledelse av sin mentor\/veileder i bedrift\/virksomhet. Det er mentor\/veileder som har ansvar for \u00e5 informere om HMS-rutiner og utstyr som er n\u00f8dvendig. Denne avtalen tar for seg det formelle knyttet til rettigheter og plikter, det \u00f8konomiske, forsikring og ansvarsfordeling. Den \u00e5pner ogs\u00e5 opp for mulighet for utvikling av samarbeidet innen oppgavesamarbeid og forskningssamarbeid.<\/p>\n<p>Se vedlagt <a href=\"https:\/\/site.uit.no\/sampraksis\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/497\/2023\/09\/Mal-overordna-avtale-2023.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mal til Overordna samarbeidsavtale<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Trepartsavtale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trepartsavtalen er den avtalen som signeres mellom student, praksisvirksomhet og faglig ansvarlig for praksis. Dette for \u00e5 sikre at alle har en felles forst\u00e5else av rettigheter, ansvar og plikter. Vi har derfor lagt oss p\u00e5 ei linje der reise og opphold dekkes av NFH\/UIT, men vi oppfordrer praksisvirksomhetene der det er mulig \u00e5 stille med bolig eller annen st\u00f8tte til reise. Valg av praksisplass skal styres av motivasjon og ikke \u00f8konomi.
