{"id":2474,"date":"2016-10-18T12:16:55","date_gmt":"2016-10-18T10:16:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/site.uit.no\/spaceweather\/?p=2474"},"modified":"2016-10-18T12:17:35","modified_gmt":"2016-10-18T10:17:35","slug":"2474","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/site.uit.no\/spaceweather\/2016\/10\/18\/2474\/","title":{"rendered":"SSA Space Weather service network"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"margin: 0px;color: black;font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">The ESA SSA Space Weather team and the SSA Space Weather service network are pleased to announce that a new version of the SSA Space Weather Portal (<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"><a href=\"http:\/\/swe.ssa.esa.int\/\" target=\"_BLANK\u7ffb\"><u><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">http:\/\/swe.ssa.esa.int\/<\/span><\/u><\/a>) is scheduled to be released on October 20th, 2016. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px;color: black;font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;color: black;font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">In addition to a wealth of new and improved products and applications, this new release will introduce a series of service pages each dedicated to a specific group of end-users among the different eight SWE service domains (\u2018Spacecraft design\u2019, \u2018Spacecraft operation\u2019, \u2018Human spaceflight\u2019,\u00a0 \u2018Trans-ionospheric radio communications\u2019, \u2018Space surveillance &amp; tracking\u2019, \u2018Non-space system operation\u2019, \u2018General Data Service\u2019).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px;color: black;font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;color: black;font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Each SWE Service is implemented through a combination of derived data products, software tools, technical reports and associated user guidance provided via the SSCC with the support of the Expert Groups participating in the SWE Network. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px;color: black;font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">We note that some limited disruption to SWE Portal services may occur between 9h00 and 17h00 (Brussels time) while the update takes place.
