In addition, TODOS sends out e-mails to PhDs and postdocs at UiT on a semi-regular basis concerning activities by TODOS and other important information. All registered PhDs and postdocs at UiT are automatically added to an e-mail list provided by the IT department. As new PhD candidate or postdoc, it may take some time before you are added to the e-mail list. It also may take some time after you’ve finished to be removed from the e-mail list. Unfortunately, TODOS has no influence on the list and cannot add or delete individuals from that list.
