With 47 individuals, in addition to basic activities, therefore fishing and breeding, Moumin as head of the family is forced to cultivate rice in the dry season, breeding more and more important despite the rainy season hostile to breeding, and the beef trade in the dry season. In addition to these activities considered temporary, the management of the gain obtained from the fish during the fishing season changes the socio-economic life of Moumin’s family. Between these different survival activities, far from giving up their status as fishermen, Moumin’s family considers these secondary activities as a strategy for dealing with the environmental crises of the plain.
