Tourn\u00e9 dans les anees 1997-2001 et mont\u00e9 quinze ans plus tard, le film t\u00e9moigne du style de vie typique des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et cultures des provinces de Borno et d\u2019Adamaoua (Nigeria et Cameroun) o\u00f9 les populations, loin de la capitale, luttent pour s\u2019adapter \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation moderne, \u00e0 une marginalisation intense et une pauvret\u00e9 croissante.
