Abstract submission

Abstract submission is closed. We have received over 300 abstract submissions and, unfortunately, will not be able to accept all of them.

Please submit your abstracts HERE. You will notice that Oxford Abstracts requires you to sign in. Do not continue with Google or LinkedIn. Instead please choose “sign up to Oxford Abstracts” and use your professional email address when registering.

Guidelines for abstract submission: 

• Maximum length: 300 words
• Abstract should include the headings: Introduction, aims, methods, results and conclusion. No tables or figures are possible to include.
• You must enter all authors associated with the submission, including yourself, in the correct order and exactly as you want them to appear in the final program and author index. For each author, you must provide first name, last name, and email address and affiliation(s) (institution, city, country). One author must be designated as the Presenting Author.
• The conference will have oral sessions (8-15 minutes per presentation, more information will follow later) and posters, and we need to know what type of presentation you wish for if accepted (while preferences will be taken into account as far as possible; indicating a preference does not guarantee allocation to the selected presentation type).
• Select the topics/keywords that best match your abstract. These will be used to assign reviewers and place your abstract in an appropriate conference session. You may choose multiple topics, but please select only those that accurately reflect your exposure/outcome, population, or methods. The topics/keywords are as follows:
