The planning group consists of a local organising committee, mainly based in Tromsø with additional members from across Norway, and a scientific committee with representatives from all Nordic countries, responsible for developing the scientific programme. As Norway is hosting the conference on behalf of the Nordic networks of epidemiology and pharmacoepidemiology, the local committee ensures strong local engagement and national representation, overseeing logistics and realisation of the scientific programme. Together, the committees reflect both the host country’s role and broad Nordic representation in epidemiology and pharmacoepidemiology.
