Clarion Hotel The Edge is located in central Tromsø, within walking distance of hotels, restaurants, and public transport. All main conference sessions will take place at this venue.

Conference hotel and accommodation

Clarion Hotel The Edge is the official conference hotel and also serves as the conference venue.

A limited number of rooms are available at a negotiated conference rate until 1 February 2026. If you are traveling from afar and wish to stay the weekend after the conference, we have negotiated good rates for nights until the 7th of June 2026. We have reserved rooms at:

We encourage you to book through our registration form as soon as possible to secure rooms at our negotiated rates as tourism in Tromsø is overwhelming, resulting in high hotel rates if booking independently. After 3 February, rooms will not be available through our rates at Clarion Xpress.

Travel

By air

Tromsø is served by Tromsø Airport (TOS), with frequent direct flights from Oslo and connections to other Norwegian and international destinations.

From the airport to the city centre

The conference venue is located in the city centre of Tromsø.

  • Local buses run regularly between the airport and the city centre. Purchase tickets through the Svipper app or Entur app. Travel time: 10-15 minutes.
  • Airport express bus. Get off at “Havneterminalen (Prostneset)”. Travel time: 15 minutes.
  • Taxi from airport. Travel time: 10 minutes

Accessibility

Clarion Hotel The Edge is accessible for participants with reduced mobility, including step-free access to conference areas.
