Abstracts
Deadline for abstract submissions has been extended to Monday 4th July
All abstracts must be submitted through Oxford Abstracts. In order to do this you must register as a new user or log in, and this will allow you to create, modify and submit your abstract. On this page you will also be able to view your submission, and whether it has been accepted as a poster or oral presentation.
Additional information
Abstract word limit
The maximum word count for the abstracts is 300 words.
Abstract submission through Oxford Abstracts
Abstracts can only be submitted through Oxford Abstracts submission form.
After you submit an abstract and it is accepted by the scientific committee, your name, affiliation and abstracts will be available to other conference participants on Oxford Abstracts.
Presentations will be recorded and streamed to digital participants, and the posters will be available on Oxford Abstracts CAGE International Conference poster wall for conference participants to view. Presentations will be stored on the internal CAGE network and the posters and abstracts will be stored Oxford Abstracts. None of these will be shared with other third parties. Full data protection regulations for Oxford Abstracts can be found here.
Abstract acceptance – Oral or poster presentation?
In early August you will receive email notification of whether your abstract has been selected for an oral or poster presentation.
