Membership of NFPF/NERA:

Please note that you must be a member of NFPF/NERA for the year 2027 to be able to register for the conference. You can register your membership at the NFPF/NERA website.

Registration fee:

The registration fee includes access to the research programme at the conference as well as meals and refreshments during lunches and coffee breaks.

*Please note that the crucial factor for the reduced Low GDP fee is not the country of origin but the country of residence.

The conference dinner at The Edge hotel on Thursday, March 11th, is additional and not included in the conference fee.

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference organizers by e-mail. Contact address will be added here before the registration opens. 

Full refund (exept 650 NOK administration fee) will be made for cancellations received by or on January 13th, 2027. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after January 14th, 2026.

In case of late cancellation, 100 % payment of registration fee is to be made even if due fees are not paid at the time of cancellation.

There will be no refund for no-shows.
