Didactic personnel from UiT’s Resource Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology (RESULT) and the project management will initiate and follow up a means to monitor and evaluate the learning outcomes from the project, starting in Q1 2023. This will provide continuous input on the performance factors and quality assurance of the exchange internships performed. Learning from new ways of learning is one of the main goals of iEarth, and will also be key in this project.
Monitoring and evaluation will provide:
- Management indicators to do adjustments in project performance.
- The project management with the opportunity to perform adjustments in the project.
