This film is a portrait of the 46th Belaka of the Mbum community of Ngaouha (Nganha), in the Adamawa province of North Cameroon. An illustrious son, and a key person, in the fight for the betterment and recognition of his people. Through his personal account and that of two of his sixteen children, we will follow the story of his enthronement which reveals many facets of life in Ngaouha and its relations with the outside world.
