Update 27.05.21: To ensure that the conference is organised according to the current covid-regulations, the number of physical participants has to be limited to 50.
Update 05.05.21: We have changed the registration conditions such that you can sign up for the conference now but you can also make changes yourself regarding physical versus online participation until June 1st (final deadline). Your credit card will not be charged until after June 1st.
To register for the conference, please fill in the registration form. This includes the option of attending the conference either in-person or digitally. We still hope that it will be possible to travel in June, but please notice that travel restrictions in entering Norway are currently very strict making it impossible for most foreigners to enter the country. The conference fee for in-person participants includes coffee breaks, lunches, a welcome reception, a conference dinner and conference material. The conference fee for digital participants covers some of the additional costs in organizing a hybrid conference.
Accommodation: We offer a limited number of hotel rooms at Clarion Hotel The Edge and Quality Hotel Saga which can be booked directly with our travel agency (against a fee), please see the registration form. Alternatively, you need to book accommodation yourself. Please notice that the conference venue is located approximately 5 km from the city center, but we will organise transport between the city center hotels and the conference venue.
