Practical information:
- Transport:
Transport to Villmarkssenteret will be arranged by the organizers. There are three possibilities for pick-up:
– university campus (“MIX-kiosken”) at 11:00 a.m.
– downtown Tromsø, at Prostneset at 11:10 a.m.
– airport Tromsø at 11:20 a.m. (Please wait in the arrival hall)
Transport between Airport and downtown, and between downtown and university have to be arranged by the participants. Please check the information below.)

The Villmarkssenteret will provide warm suits and warm shoes, but the participants should bring their own hat, warm gloves, socks, and scarves.
Since the most of the snow we had a couple of weeks ago is now gone, dog sledding probably has to be canceled. However we advise you in any case to bring warm winter clothes AND SHOES with you.

Participation in this event is by invitation only. A link to the registration form will be sent to the invited participants. Please have flight arrival and departure time as well as the name of the hotel you will be staying at ready when registering.
